Il Fiaschetto is a restaurant - pizzeria in Collepepe, a little village in the heart of Umbria
few kilometres from Perugia. It is open every day both at lunchtime and in the evening.

The place has been newly refurbished. A new garden has been laid out and a porch has been set up. Under the porch you can eat your meal while enjoying the landscape, set apart by gentle hills, and the medieval village of Collepepe. The link between the Restaurant and Umbria is pointed out by the landscape, by the furniture, made up of tables in ceramic, manufactured in Deruta, and by the traditional local food. Il Fiaschetto is a family-run restaurant. Franco and Lorena preserve the old recipes, which have been handed down until today. The main features of the place are the love and the care every single dish is prepared with together with the freshness and the good quality of the products.
